Um grupo de estudantes universitários se aventuram na floresta de Black Hills para desvendar os mistérios que cercam o desaparecimento da irmã de James, que muitos acreditam estar ligado à lenda da Bruxa de Blair. Lieutenant John Paxton wants revenge against the government he and his men swore their lives to defend.
