Em um vilarejo pobre no centro da Península de Anatólia, três jovens garotas foram entregues pelo pai a uma rica família da cidade grande, na intenção de trabalharem como babás e empregadas domésticas. Uma a uma, foram enviadas de volta, por desagradarem aos patrões. Enquanto o pai das três tenta consertar a situação, para dar melhores condições de vida às garotas, elas sonham com um futuro longe dali.

Based on William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, set in Istanbul, the tragic story of three heroes chasing an unlikely dream, running towards their sad end in a Shakespearean manner.
Production Design
With Istanbul mired in political violence, Kadir is offered release after 15 years in prison if he’ll work as an informant. In a shantytown he stumbles upon his brother Ahmet, working for the city rounding up stray dogs and shutting himself in his home.

Denise, a botanist, is working in the swamps in a part of Turkey, planting and researching local flora. In her evenings she sometimes meets with her lover Hamit, a simple man at first glance. But he is making his living with human trafficking which he keeps a secret from Denise. When Hamit learns that Denise is being sent back to her home country soon, one final trafficking job takes a dark outcome.
