Esse documentário original retrata a situação da Colômbia na década de 1990, período no qual se intensifica a chamada "guerra contra as drogas". Na época, a violência e o terrorismo imposto pelos cartéis de drogas levaram o governo colombiano a assinar com os Estados Unidos o "Plano Colômbia", um audacioso plano composto por apoio militar e logístico para deter a falência do Estado.

A man in chains, a young man who dreams of being part of something, to become a militant for an armed group who must wield a cruelty in which he may not believe in. The characters, each voluntary or involuntary part of a mechanism that overcomes them, reveal their greatness or misery in the “minimum” tasks that they perform to survive. From that sometimes morbid poetry of the everyday and the irrefutable truth of the details, we see a country whose social body is sick and injured.
Two delinquents, with a beautiful waitress in a luxurious hotel are harassed and hunted by a powerful organization. The criminals will use all their skills to escape both the police and the hunters.
