Abbott e Costello vão até o Dr. Zoomer conseguir o emprego de acompanhantes da múmia Klaris para os Estados Unidos. Ao chegarem lá, a múmia foi roubada e o Dr. Zoomer morto, mas Lou Costello pegou o medalhão de Klaris que traz a maldição da múmia. Com isso, um grupo de ladrões querem roubar a qualquer custo o medalhão para descobrirem a tumba dos tesouros da princesa Ara, mas um grupo de sacerdotes irá protege-la.

When discovered by the cult, the High Lamian Priest vows that "the Cobra Goddess will avenge herself". Once back in the United States, a mysterious woman enters into their lives and accidents begin to happen. The shadow of a cobra is seen just before each death.

Uncle George is showing Little Johnny, his nephew, the pair of boxing gloves he claims enabled him, when he was the janitor at a training-gym, to beat up the bullying prizefighting champion. Little Johnny scoffs at the tale until the 'wonder gloves' gives him a spanking.
