Carlos Felipe Montoya

História

Born in Medellín, Colombia in 1981. He has an undergraduate degree in philosophy from the Institute of Philosophy at the Universidad de Antioquía and a postgraduate master´s degree in scriptwriting from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. His first short film WATER PATH had its world premiere at Berlinale 2015 and was screened and awarded at several film festivals around the world. The film won the Macondo Award from the Colombian Academy of Cinematography Arts and Sciences for Best Short Film in 2016 and was released in Colombian theatres all over the country during 2018. THE SIZE OF THINGS is his second short film.
