Monster Clown é o nome do ringue de um mexicano Luchador enmascarado, ou lutador profissional mascarado. Ele é mais conhecido como parte do Los Psycho Circus em Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA) junto com Psycho Clown e Murder Clown, onde eles interpretam um trio de "palhaços malvados". Eles estão atualmente em seu segundo reinado como Campeões do AAA World Trios. O nome verdadeiro do Monster Clown não é uma questão de registro público, como costuma ser o caso de lutadores mascarados no México, onde suas vidas privadas são mantidas em segredo dos fãs de luta livre. Embora seu nome verdadeiro não tenha sido revelado, foi estabelecido que ele anteriormente trabalhou sob os nomes de Highlander e Aliens antes de se tornar parte do Los Psycho Circus. The event was originally scheduled to take place on August 22, 2020 at Arena Ciudad de México in Mexico City, but was moved to December 12 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It marked the 28th year in a row that AAA has held a Triplemanía show, and the 34th overall show held under the Triplemanía banner since 1993.

The event took place on October 19, 2019, in Coliseo "La Concordia" in Orizaba, Veracruz, Mexico. It was the thirteenth annual AAA show held in honor of deceased founder Antonio Peña, and featured the Copa Antonio Peña tournament named in his honor.

The annual Triplemanía show is AAA's biggest show of the year, serving as the culmination of major storylines and feature wrestlers from all over the world competing in what has been described as AAA's version of WrestleMania or their Super Bowl event.
