César Bertrand (January 19, 1934 – January 11, 2008) was an Argentine actor, comedian and screenwriter who began his artistic career in Uruguay.

The problems begin from then on, as everyone wants to be the first to release it and then, successively, take turns for their adventures. As is to be expected, it does not take long for the first entanglements to appear, while their wives seem to begin to suspect the adventures of these four typical Buenos Aires chantas.
