Kenji Yokoyama (横山 賢二, Yokoyama Kenji) is a Japanese producer who also does planning. He uses the pen name Shinobu Urakawa (writing 浦川忍 or 浦川しのぶ, Urakawa Shinobu ) for writing, mainly anime song lyrics.
