Famoso mundialmente, Andrew Fayden (Joe Flanigan) é um dos maiores lutadores de MMA da atualidade. Quando Becky, filha de Andrew, é sequestrada e acaba sendo levada por uma rede de tráfico de pessoas, toda a habilidade no ringue não serve para nada. Sem ter mais a quem recorrer, Fayden fica sabendo da existência de Samson Gaul (Jean-Claude Van Damme).
