This Disney Circle-Vision 360-degree film shown at Walt Disney World's EPCOT Center showcases the breathtaking scenery and other visual delights of Canada. Highlights along the coast-to-coast tour include winter sports such as skiing, dog sledding, bobsledding, ice skating, and ice hockey; organ music and the boys choir at Montreal's Cathédrale de Notre Dame; a parade with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police; rodeos and the Calgary Stampede; a flight with the Royal Air Force; and a glimpse at all manner of wildlife including geese, possums, wolves, bison, bears and bobcats.

Exercise, rest and proper diet are essential for physical fitness. Diagrams show the structure and function of muscles and the importance of exercise to tone muscles, nerves and organs. With rest, muscles are cleansed of wastes and refueled. Food, our only energy source, provides fuel for the body mechanism. If the physical side of the Health Triangle is weak, the other two sides can be adversely affected.

Goofy's Freeway Troubles
Story
After a brief review of the problems described in Freewayphobia #1 (1965), we see a new range of problems. These include: abrupt breakdowns due to poor maintenance; unsecured loads; running out of gas. We learn how to handle breakdowns properly. We also learn about situations that can affect the driver, like fatigue, alcohol, turnpike trance, and the weather.

Goofy demonstrates how not to drive on the freeway: first, the overly timid driver, then the overly aggressive driver, and finally the inattentive driver, shaving or eating. Some of the advice is a bit dated: following distances are still in car lengths instead of time, and of course cell phones aren't mentioned directly.
Man and the Moon

The moon is the subject here. Man's fascination with the moon (via animation) is presented, as is the moon's usage in popular culture (from Shakespeare to nursery rhymes to popular songs). Also, superstitions and suppositions associated with the moon is presented. Then scientific research on the moon is shown, followed by plans for (and then a simulation of) an actual trip around the moon.

The Restless Sea

The Restless Sea is a 1964 educational animated feature-length film. It was produced by Disney as the final entry in the Bell Telephone Science Hour series. Animated sequences illustrate the work of oceanographers in searching out complex and interwoven relationships of nature in the sea integrating the marine applications of many sciences. Filmed action from above and below the surface shows instruments which plunge through layers of sediment to obtain geological records and oceanographic equipment ranging from underwater television to research vessels.
