Haunted Prison - AKA Death Row - a horrifying live action film based on the short story by Kevin VanHook-takes place at Isla de la Roca Penitentiary. Rumor has it the Devil himself spat up the place out of the depths of hell, and man turned it into a prison for the most dangerous prisoners in the South. The monstrous building is steeped in the evil created by centuries of murder and injustice and is haunted by vengeful ghosts. Isla de la Roca was abandoned after being soaked in blood by a horrific massacre of inmates and guards. A gang of fugitives from a cop-killing robbery seek refuge within the razor wire of the prison walls at the same time as a documentary film crew arrives to tell the story of the penitentiary. When these groups cross paths within the cruel walls of Isla de la Roca, will anyone get out alive?
A filha de Eve (Natasha Henstridge), Sara (Sunny Mabrey), faz parte da 3ª geração de alienígenas na Terra. Existem outros da sua espécie, mas Sara é mais resistente aos diversos tipos de doença do planeta. Ela vive na casa de um professor universitário, Abbot (Robert Knepper), que a seqüestrou do governo quando era apenas um bebê, ou seja, poucos dias atrás, pois ela cresce 15 centímetros por dia e em breve será uma adulta. Abbot quer criar o espécime perfeito e obter reconhecimento internacional, mas várias coisas começam a dar totalmente e mortes acontecem. Além disto outros alienígenas mestiços começam a apresentar sérios problemas de saúde, mas uma dela, Amelia (Amelia Cooke), parece estar disposta a tudo para poder sobreviver.
Chicklet Forrest (Lauren Ambrose) é uma jovem de 16 anos que nunca foi beijada. Ela adora surf e mora com sua mãe e com Lars (Matt Keeslar), um estudante sueco. Decidida a aprender a surfar, ela parte para uma cidade praieira, em busca de alguém que a ensine. Porém, Chicklet tem um problema: ela sofre de múltipla personalidade, mas não sabe disso. Até que, quando assassinatos brutais começam a ocorrer na cidade, ela logo se torna suspeita dos crimes.
