A young couple employed by a pet crematorium finds fulfilment in respectfully removing cadavers. Their love blossoms in an environment where the boundaries between human and animal are fading. When they hit a stray dog, their relationship starts to derail.

Estranhos em seu próprio local de nascimento, Dany, um garoto de 16 anos que chupa pirulitos e seu irmão Odysseus, de 18 anos, atravessam o país inteiro (junto com o coelho de estimação Dido) em busca de seu pai grego, que eles só conhecem como "The Nameless", após a morte de sua mãe albanesa. Eles esperam obter passaportes e cidadania gregos, mas na jornada encontram racismo e preconceito.

George is released from prison after 14 years of incarceration for a murder he committed in his small Greek village. He spends his first night out in a cheap downtown hotel in Athens. There he meets Strella, a young transgender prostitute. They spend the night together and soon they fall in love. But the past is catching up with George. With Strella on his side he will have to find a new way out.
