Karl é líder de uma equipe da SWAT. Durante uma operação em uma fortaleza da máfia, um suspeito consegue fugir. Simon reconhece o fugitivo como seu ex-colega Heinz, que supostamente havia cometido suicídio há alguns anos. A busca por esse “fantasma” vira um jogo perigoso para Simon e sua equipe.
