Ah Fu (Wong Tao) and Chen Ting Kuan (Carter Wong) are a couple of kung fu men in the escort service business with top notch kung fu. Ah Fu gets tired of the escort service and quits to take up the life of a normal man. In his new “life”, Ah Fu runs into a thief named Li Chi (Li Kun), and the two become the best of friends. Life is great! Ah Fu gets married to a pretty girl, Yu Lan (Ha Ling Ling). He has money, servants, and foot massages. What else could you want? Ah Fu’s life gets turned upside down when a mantis fist expert named Nan Kung Ping (Lung Fei) shows up at Ah Fu’s doorsteps seeking to avenge the death of his brother.

During the Japanese invasion of China, a shipment of gold bullion is intercepted by the Japanese invaders. Kong Ban plays a young swordsman who is tricked into stealing the Fire Dragon Magic Ball from Carefree Mansion's Master Hua. Chen Hung Lieh is the villain of the story, playing a masked killer who seeks the magic ball for his own profit. In the end fight, Kong Ban has to master the eight dragon swords to save the daughter of Master Hua.

Ghost Hill Killer
The film opens with a duel on a beach between two master swordsman. An elderly master looks on as the two battle. He stops the duel and proclaims one swordsman the winner and awards him the coveted Purple Light Sword making him the new Sword King. He returns home to show his sickly teacher the treasure but they are attacked by the weird minions of evil King Gold who wants to combine the power of the sword with his developing Fire Ball power. The Sword King loses the sword, his master is killed and is forced to join forces with his opponent from the duel to retrieve it. Along the way they are joined by the daughter of the Blind Master and later the Beggar Army.
