Wai-ling
The film is a satirical horror anthology, that probes the city’s eternal housing problem, especially its micro dwellings known as cubicle apartments or coffin homes.
Arsenals of round kicks and backfist strikes explode in this stunning tale of intrigue between two gangs. Each opposing group is hopelessly divided on the issue of refugees filtering into their territories. Each gang, crisscrossing through the light and shadows on both sides of the law, succeed in having each other's clubs raided. Finally, devastating fists and razor-edged weaponry collide in spectacular warfare between the two gangs. Starring the incomparable Bruce Lee [sic], in one of the most violent and vengeful roles of his career.
Chow Ying
In anger, a toy factory owner throws a sub-standard toy car out the window of his sweatshop. The toy nearly hits schoolgirl Siu Ching, but she is saved by the fast response of Fatty Cheng. Siu Ching's eighth birthday soon arrives, but her ill and overworked mother has a sudden attack, and Siu Ching must go out in the rain to buy more medicine. By coincidence, the managers of the same toy factory are in the car who knock her over on the road and then run away, without reporting the accident. The little girl is killed, and her mother dies in grief. Fatty Cheng accuses the factory people, who are his bosses. Then, one by one, Siu Ching's ghost wreaks horrible revenge on them.

Max Mok is the dashing young swordsman Feng Xiwu who arrives at a beautiful, but deadly location known as Moonlit Sky to investigate rumors of deaths and disappearances there.
Li Mak-Jan is a swordsman who has wandered for a number of years searching for the reclusive master swordsman Hua. After encountering two fellow swordsmen, Li comes across his old love, who tells him that not only has their town fallen on hard times (the temple is in ruins) but, worst of all, in the time he has been away she has moved on and married another man. Turns out, her husband is quite evil, of course, and just a little bit insanely jealous as well as very interested in swords, particularly those belonging to masters. The husband sends his henchman to kill Li, but Li escapes.

When the tabloids get wind of the liaison, the two secret lovers find themselves headline news throughout the colony. Ming Chung's wife soon starts to mount a media blitz, painting Ai Ling as a husband-stealing, home-wrecking shrew.
