Rahul, trabalha numa agência de publicidade e sonha em tornar-se alguém famoso e bem sucedido na vida. Ele é a mão direita do seu chefe, Siddharth Choudhry. Este, por sua vez, é um mulherengo, tendo casos com várias mulheres apesar de ser um homem casado. Um dia Rahul, conhece Seema, que é uma modelo, e que, tal como ele, também quer ser famosa e ter êxito na vida. Mas quando Siddharth, conhece a Seema, fica interessado nela e quer seduzi-la, então, usa o Rahul, para o ajudar a conquistá-la. Só que, entretanto, Rahul, apaixona-se pela Seema, e chega o momento em que vai ter que escolher entre o seu amor por ela ou a realização dos seus sonhos.
