The result of a top secret project spearheaded by the Chinese government to create the ultimate soldier, Agent Nieh Ling (Khan) possesses superhuman strength and agility. Double agent
Shih-Nan is assigned to a top-secret mission to protect a Communist Party official in Hong Kong. The official is in Hong Kong to see his first love, but Taiwanese bad guys catch wind of the visit and plot an assassination. It’s up to Shih-Nan to save the day with help from a Taiwanese policeman named Yung, who just so happens to fancy Shih-Nan!
Wang Chung plays the standard level-headed cop in charge of a rag-tag bunch of misfits and stereotypes (the coward, the playboy, etc.) who are after a drug runner. After their informant is killed, the team turns to a former Triad member (Danny Lee) to infiltrate the gang and bring the big boss down.
