Março de 1945. Em um inverno rigoroso, uma brigada de 500 guerrilheiros recua para o planalto de Menina Planina depois de se ver cercada por uma divisão de 12.000 soldados alemães. Protegidos por florestas, eles constroem um acampamento improvisado, exaustos, famintos, congelando, desnutridos e desanimados. O comandante Franc Sever 'Franta' enfrenta uma tarefa impossível: tirar seus soldados de lá. Depois de uma batalha sangrenta, eles conseguem quebrar o cerco inimigo e lutar para chegar à liberdade.
Screenplay
The film tells the story of young people in their early 30s; it speaks of their past and present romantic relationships and their attempts to find their way in life, one based on true feelings and decisions. Rather than well-set relations, which obstruct the vital flow of life, it seeks a direct contact with the world and other people.
