Uh-Oh! is the story of Jonny, a silly, good-hearted, bumbling man with an uncommon streak of bad luck, until he meets a sea captain. He goes through several jobs and sets of circumstances where he inevitably messes up, thus revealing the meaning of the film title - he spends most of his time saying "uh oh!" as he watches fiasco after fiasco unfurl, with him as the catalyst.
Santa's first born daughter, Rudolfa, is secretly selling pieces of the North Pole, and eventually take over where she attempts to ruin Christmas, and replace Santa's workshop with a brand new casino. But Santa's lost daughter Kristin returns to the North Pole with her two children who are desperate to save Christmas, and rebuild the shattered village.
O filme foca os cinco anos de maior apogeu (final do anos 50 até início da década de 60) do "Rat Pack", que tinha Frank Sinatra (Ray Liotta), Sammy Davis Jr. (Don Cheadle), Dean Martin (Joe Mantegna), Peter Lawford (Angus MacFadyen) e Joey Bishop (Bobby Slayton). Neste período qualquer coisa que fizessem era bem aceito pelo público em geral. O filme também explora a relação de Sinatra com John F. Kennedy (William L. Petersen). Decidido a apoiar Kennedy na campanha presidencial, Sinatra acalma sua ligações com Peter Lawford, pois Pat (Phyllis Lyons), a mulher de Lawford, era irmã de Kennedy.
