Three French hipsters and their translator travel through rural Georgia to claim a remote, ruined castle that one of them has inherited. En route, they encounter an old man and his grandchild who are on a journey to carry out a mysterious, morbid ritual designed to end a conflict between warring clans.

David, an independent photographer, and Katia, an unemployed woman, leave Los Angeles, en route to the southern California desert, where they search a natural set to use as a backdrop for a magazine photo shoot. They find a motel in the town of Twentynine Palms and spend their days in their sport-utility vehicle, discovering the Joshua Tree Desert, and losing themselves on nameless roads and trails. Frantically making love all the time and almost everywhere, they regularly fight, then kiss and make up, with little else going on in their empty relationship and quite ordinary daily life--until something horrible and hideous brutally puts an end to their trip.

Nikita é uma assassina e viciada que tem a sua vida poupada quando é capturada, pois se acredita que sua tendência suicida possa ser utilizada em missões de grande risco. Assim, o potencial de uma marginal é utilizado para missões especiais do Serviço de Inteligência.

Paris, 1980. Um grupo de artistas argentinos se refugia no país, como forma de fazer frente aos duros tempos da ditadura militar argentina. Lá eles enfrentam todas as dificuldades típicas que assolam os latino-americanos para se estabelecerem nos chamados países do primeiro mundo. Na solidão do exílio, buscam conexão com sua identidade e cultura através de apresentações de tango e se empenham na montagem do espetáculo Tanguedia (tango + tragédia + comedia): “O Exílio de Gardel”.

The plot is set in a post apocalyptic Junkyard where people take refuge from authority and are able to practice their fantasies and fetishes without being stopped by the police. These people are led by Emanou who is a sort of Messiah, who promises music rather than salvation.

Robert Dumortier and his son "La Puce" live on a barge moored to an island of the Seine and Robert dreams of cruising remote and exotic seas.
