Taxi driver Mehmet and shop attendant Sibel is preparing for marriage. The taxi's owner is the father of İbrahim, Mehmet's close friend who is secretly in love with Sibel. After his father passes away, he starts living a rich life from his fathers heritage. A love triangle begins to fold between Mehmet, İbrahim and Sibel.

Two rival companies take it too far when one side attacks Mr. Abbas, the owner of the other company. In a hopeless move, he hires a very famous thug / fighter for protection: Sahin, nicknamed "Deli" (Mad). Sahin's reputation is so intimidating that the news of him being hired causes a distress in Mr. Abbas's rivals, even before he appears in town. Things are looking up for Mr. Abbas. However, the welcome committee waiting for Sahin's arrival are shocked and disappointed at what they see: He's a bum who can hardly stand, with a bottle in his hand at all times instead of a gun. The plot is loosely based on Cat Ballou (1965).
O filme começa com o Homem-Aranha ("interpretado" por Deniz Erkanat), acompanhado por sua amante masoquista Nadja (versão turca da Mary Jane?) e por um grupo de capangas da sua quadrilha, executando uma garota com a hélice de um barco. Este é o mais recente de uma série de crimes cometidos pelo terrível Homem-Aranha na Turquia. Assim, os heróis Capitão América (Aytekin Akkaya, que também apareceu no clássico "Star Wars" turco), Júlia (Mine Sun) e El Santo (Yavuz Selekman) são recrutados pelo comissário Orhan (interpretado por Dogan Tamer, roteirista do filme) para encerrar o reinado criminoso do vilão aracnídeo.
