Depois de um oficial ser morto tentando deter um assalto feito por ninjas, sua irmã, Angel Wolfe, jura vingança. Na investigação da morte, acaba encontrando o misterioso Dr. Sin Do, que tem uma ligação com um mago-zumbi chamado Lee Chuck. O doutor Sin Do está fazendo um torneio secreto de artes-marciais em uma ilha secreta. Então Angel, após ter aula de artes-marciais, entra no torneio para encontrar Sin Do e Lee Chuck e, com isso, fazer vingança.

An airplane carrying several counterfeit paintings, worth millions to the counterfeiters, suffers a malfunction in the cargo hold, spilling the paintings, as well as all the luggage, near a colony of cave men that has existed unaltered in the middle of America for millenia. Two of the men from the colony find the crashed luggage and begin to assimilate themslves into modern culture using the luggage, and that's when the fun begins. When the counterfeiters come in search of their loot, they find a lot more than they bargained for!

The sequel to This is America, aka Jabberwalk. This film goes inside the real America circa 1980 - a world of punks, orgies and worm-eating hicks! Romano Vanderbes back on the film making side and Norman Rose back on narrating duty for the second of the This Is America trilogy. Things kick off slightly louder this time with a performance by The Dictators doing a version of America the Beautiful while the titles role, then right into piece about punk star Jello Biafra of the Dead Kennedy's running for mayor of San Francisco. Then back into a more This Is America feeling segment about a crazy fat bloke called Captain Sticky. Among some of the other more interesting segments we get a look at underground vagrants, a piranha attack, martial arts nuns, a family of worm eaters, a drug abusing church and ends with a death row electrocution.
