Último filme de Todd Verow, em "Anonymous", ele vive o protagonista, não-coincidentemente chamado Todd, que é um compulsivo sexual. Mesmo vivendo com seu namorado, passa os dias buscando sexo em banheiros públicos, pela Internet ou com seus fuck buddies (amigos de foda). O banheiro do cinema onde trabalha é uma de suas principais fontes de prazer e é onde seu calvário começa. Ao ser flagrado pelo namorado fazendo sexo através de um glory hole, é espancado, humilhado e expulso de casa. Todd decide relevar o trauma da separação buscando ainda mais sexo e posando nu para um site erótico de fetiches.
Todd vai perdendo o controle de seus impulsos sexuais e a relação com seus parceiros passa da excitação à uma quase apatia. Em cenas de sexo cruamente explícitas, Verow revela o vazio e a solidão resultantes das práticas sexuais de seu protagonista. Mas o final, pelo menos, abre a possibilidade para uma solução romântica
