Em termos narrativos, parece que dois filmes foram montados e misturados. Na primeira parte, nosso personagem titular, Dew, conhece Phob, e os dois desenvolvem uma atração mútua, mas, como os homossexuais são discriminados, o romance deles é tabu e abrange a infância.
