Graduated in Advertising, he began producing films still in college in university extension programs. His first documentary was the short film "City of Clear Waters", produced in 2010, which records the memory of the residents of a city that was destroyed by a flood. In the year 2011 he released his first short fiction: "Of Love and Other Crimes". In 2012 he directed his second fiction, the short film "Phoenix". In 2019 he released his second documentary, the short film "The Purest Root".

The City of Clear Waters

On June 18, 2010, twenty-one municipalities were affected by floods in Alagoas. Thousands of families lost everything when the river level rose six meters, invaded streets and caused unprecedented damage in the region. The city of Branquinha was one of the most affected, with 80% of its territory flooded by water. All public buildings, schools and the library were destroyed. Now the city will be built in another place and of its history only what remains in the memory of its residents.
