Tuner Downing, a man who gets obsessed with serial killer Mike Strauber (the Coppermasked Madman) and tries too hard to follow in his bloody footsteps, even to the point of breaking his 'hero' out of incarceration.
An affable oddball comes home one day to find his house ransacked and his most prized possession missing. Two police officers bring him in for questioning and his day goes from bad to worse.
