Inu-Oh era uma figura da vida real, um dramaturgo de Sarugaku Noh que foi extremamente popular no século XIV. No entanto, ele é praticamente desconhecido para as pessoas hoje em dia, pois poucos documentos sobre sua vida sobreviveram. Agora, cerca de 600 anos depois, este projeto de Inu-Oh retrata a irmandade entre o lendário Inu-Oh, que desapareceu da história, e um certo tocador de Biwa. Além de tudo, o filme é cheio de cenas de música e dança.

Kato é dono de um café, que fica abaixo de onde mora. Um dia, após o expediente, sobe para o seu apartamento e vê sua própria imagem na televisão, dizendo "Eu sou o seu futuro eu. Dois minutos no futuro!" A TV do quarto de Kato e a TV do café abaixo estão conectadas com uma diferença de dois minutos, permitindo que se viaje no tempo... Mas por apenas dois minutos!
Police Officer
Shigeo is released from prison and immediately beaten up by some old associates, which results in him losing his memory. Kasumi, who just by chance happens to be the manager of a band, takes him in and discovers his talent for singing.
While sleeping in his room, a man hears someone shouting, “Hey, hey!” He realizes that it is himself who is calling out to him from a TV. The man on TV says that he is “himself two minutes into the future”.
Composed of four stories, each part of 10 minutes.
Mr. Kakei
Once a year, on Christmas Eve, Cafe Telekinesis holds a real psychic party. At the party, psychics gather together to show off their abilities while for the rest of the year they hide their abilities. Yone Sakurai is a program director for a psychic variety TV show called "Asunaro Psychic". She is stressed out and tired from her work, but proud of what she is doing. Yone actually believes in psychic abilities. By an audience request a new plan is set out for the program, a plan which requires the show to uncover real psychics or psychic events.
