The Bones
Director of Photography
Following the journey of fossils from their discovery in remote corners of the earth to laboratories, museums, auction houses and collectors’ living rooms, the film weaves together interlocking stories of eccentric characters caught between the demands of commerce and the basic human drive to unlock the most profound mysteries of life. THE BONES takes us deep into the Gobi, Sahara, and North American badlands, and through laboratories, museums, high-end auction houses, and grungy hotel rooms at the Tucson gem show. Wrapped in elusive questions about the origins of life on earth, and its potential future demise, THE BONES unearths the deep passions at the heart of the dinosaur world.
Nós
Director of Photography
Sheroes
Director of Photography
Chantal Birman has devoted her life to defending abortion and the rights of women. At nearly 70 years old, she has no intention of retiring from her job as a midwife. From painful moments to joyful experiences, this road movie through the housing projects outside Paris offers a special take on the place of mothers in society and provides unique insight into that delicate moment of “going home”.
Voyages
Director of Photography
A woman meets a man in a bar late in the evening and goes to his apartment. A woman picks up a girl from school and runs with the child through the park. If we see such scenes in a movie, or are we watching such situations in life, we quickly believe we know who these women are: a woman looking for a fleeting adventure in the first scene, a caring mother in the second.
Unwilling Sex
Cinematography
They gave in. Or capitulated. They didn't want to have sex. They couldn't push back, to make them understand that no, they didn't want to. Some consider it part of the unpleasant yet inevitable experiences of youth. Others don't. For the first time, a film addresses this "gray" area of sexuality without consent.

Rodin e a porta do inferno
Cinematography
Dirigido por Claire Duguet e Leslie Grunberg, o documentário “Rodin” mostra o lado pessoal e artístico do artista visual francês, Auguste Rodin. A obra traça um paralelo com o contexto de efervescência científica e política do século 19.
Towards Tenderness
Director of Photography
No Land's Song
Director of Photography
In Iran, since the 1979 Islamic revolution, women are no longer allowed to sing in public as soloists - at least in front of men. Defying censorship and taboos, the young composer Sara Najafi is determined to organize an official concert for solo female singers. In order to support their fight, Sara and her friends invite three French female singers, Elise Caron, Jeanne Cherhal and Emel Mathlouthi, to join them in Tehran and collaborate on their musical project, re-opening a musical bridge between Europe and Iran. Are they going to succeed and finally be gathered in Tehran, sing together, on stage and without restrictions, and to open a door towards a new freedom of women in Iran ?

The Berlin Affair
Cook
In 1938 Berlin, Gudrun Landgrebe, wife of Nazi functionary Kevin McNally, begins taking art lessons. She makes the acquaintance of another student, Japanese ambassador's daughter Mio Takaki. Soon afterwards, the two women begin a passionate lesbian affair. This leads to a chain reaction of disaster and tragedy, culminating with the inevitable intervention of the Gestapo. Despite the film's galloping sexual passions, The Berlin Affair is an exercise in aloofness, keeping the characters at arm's length-surprising, considering that the director was Liliana Cavani, auteur of the erotic classic The Night Porter (1974). The film was based on The Buddhist Cross, a novel by Junichiro Tanizaki.
