The film uses 3D CGI to emulate the simple geometry and low resolution textures of a 90's video game as well as representing the narrators interior world as an 8 bit polygonal psychological landscape.

An animated short about the daily life of people living in a windy area who seem helplessly exposed to the weather. However, the inhabitants have learned to deal with their difficult living conditions. The wind creates a natural system for living.

The film is Dave Prosser's response to the visit he made to Seoul - at the invitation of SICAF - and is drawn from his sketchbook observations of city life. The seemingly random elements tell the tale of a day in the life of three different characters who live in Seoul - all of whom are watched over by the ever present Mountains which ring the city.
