Durante décadas, milhares de pacientes foram hospitalizados a força, sem diagnóstico de doença mental, em um enorme hospício na cidade de Barbacena, Minas Gerais, no sudeste do Brasil. Ali foram torturados, estuprados e mortos sem que ninguém se preocupasse com seu destino. Jornalistas famosos, nos anos 60 e 70, fizeram relatórios denunciando os maus-tratos. Nenhum deles - como Daniela Arbex faz agora - poderia contar toda a história. Sessenta mil morreram. Alguns conseguiram sobreviver. E eles agora contam um pouco sobre a terrível história do Hospital da Colônia.

Presented by the irreverent character that gives the program its title, it follows the comic line of the revolutionary Monty Python´s Flying Circus and South Park, and is full of references to the world of pop culture and information and jokes that deal with such diverse subjects - and with the same greatness of relevance - as the trajectory of Rafael Ilha and the works of famous poets.
