Falta apenas um mês para o capitão Bill Peterson (Martin Sheen) se aposentar. Mas um agente infiltrado foi morto quando investigava uma grande negociação entre traficantes envolvendo milhões de dólares. Bill quer prender os criminosos antes que eles coloquem a droga nas ruas.
