This story begins with Yana (Nia Harun), who has been forbidden to go camping by her father, Hendra (Eeng Saptahadi). However, Hendra gives in when he sees Yana painting a picture of her mother Laksmi (Eva Arnaz), whom Hendra has never spoken of to Yana. It turns out that Yana had gotten the photo from the family servant. At the camp, Yana meets Yani (Ade Harun), who turns out to be her twin. The two girls then switch identities because they both long to meet the parent they have been separated from. They also hope to find a way to reunite their mother and father, whom they believe still love each other, but split up because Laksmi could not endure the interference of in-laws
Minah
It was inspired by the real event of a train crash in Bintaro that claimed many victims. The story begins with Minah (Roldiah Matulessy) who lives in a dense Jakarta village with five of her grandchildren. Parents of children who have to divorce, to Minah who accept their burden. Everyday Minah earns a living as a clothes washer and a massager. His second grandson, Juned (Ferry Octora), in addition to going to school, has been looking for money by selling newspapers. Minah wants to move her granddaughter to move to the village. The dream was destroyed, the compilation of the train they were riding in a collision. Most films try to redraw the crash event. Grandma Minah became a victim. The only survivor is Juned, while his left must be amputated.
Agus leaves his wife and the three children. After many years, Agus wants to return but he has to apologise to his wife and children, namely Anwar, Dani and Aini. But Anwar, the oldest son, who has been supporting his family all these years, rejects him.
Nagabonar's Mother
All sorts of unlikely figures come to prominence in wartime, no matter what the country. Indonesia is no exception. In this comedy, Naga Bonar, a pickpocket who has seized the opportunity of the moment to declare himself a general in the Freedom Forces during the chaos of the Japanese occupying forces’ withdrawal in 1945, as the Dutch attempted to reassert their control over the area. However, soon a mask becomes his true self, and he becomes a true soldier and patriot.
Kasino tries to impress Vera, who wants to act in a movie. Kasino convinces her that he has a famous film director friend, Indro, who recently returned from abroad. On a holiday, Indro, Susan and Henny go on a camping trip. Kasino, who brings Vera along, has initiated this trip. Lola brings along Dono. She is actually after Indro while Dono is after her. Vera, who believes that Indro is a film director, goes after him. More misunderstandings occur until Kasino’s lie is finally exposed. Then Kasino tries to chase another girl, this time is in a restaurant. But the girl, Julia, already has a boyfriend, Tony, a thug. Unfortunately, it is Indro who becomes the boyfriend’s jealous target. Indro is followed wherever he goes and it makes him paranoid. Dono and Kasino suggest that he hides in a coffin and they would announce that he is dead. At first, Tony believes this, but he wants to prove it himself. Luckily, Julia comes to give an explanation so Indro is rescued from his predicament.
Kasino forbids Dono and Indro, his room mates and also his subordinates at the garage where they work, to fall for women. But secretly, Kasino admires a girl, whose picture he sees for the first time in a magazine. When Dono takes a night shift, he has to repair Marina's broken car. The event upsets Kasino since the bill remains unpaid. Unexpectedly, Marina moves into the dormitory where Dono and friends live. Kasino is shocked, for Marina is the woman he admires all this time. Kasino always chats with Marina, but the lucky guy is Dono. Marina, who is visited by her grandparents for marriage with another man, admits to them that she is already married to Dono. Some comedy elements are included such as Indro, who pretends to have a twin, and Dono, who participates in a women’s football match.
Agnes appears to be out of control. Her father is seldom at home while her stepmother is afraid of her. At school, she dares to confront teachers whom she considers as no good. A young teacher, Wing Ganda, tries to understand her and shows her how to use her talent. His effort is fruitful but Agnes falls in love with him. Wing tries to avoid her. When another young man attempts to approach Agnes, she makes a fool out of him. Agnes has to deal with the fact that she cannot conquer everything. Wing is unconquerable and her stepmother secretly cares about her very much. This was one of the more insightful teenage films that understood teenage psychology and was also optmistic in a realistic way.
Ira is the daughter of Pendi, a widowed pilot. She is lonely because her father travels often. This situation changes when Pendi meets the wife of his friend, a widow named Melani. After a while, Pendi and Melani get married. But the children of Melani do not like Ira. Finally, the conflict with the children is solved through a theatrical play by Ira, as the play’s story reflects the events that are happening in their home.
Pembantu
Because she violated the doctor’s order to not get pregnant again, Yuwono’s wife finally dies while she is pregnant with her third child. Yuwono then marries an office staff, Ningsih. Harun, another co-worker who also loves Ningsih, tries to destroy Yuwono by tampering with the office’s financial report so that Yuwono is arrested and is investigated. Harun then influences Ningsih, regarding her standing as a stepmother, so that Yuwono’s house is taken over and the stepchildren, Netty and Susy, are treated harshly. The two children run away from home, looking for their father, and are separated for a time. When Yuwono is proven innocent and is released, he does not find his children at home and goes around Jakarta to look for them. He finally finds them again.
Irawani and Hidayat get engaged to each other. Irawani relates the story of her parents, Irawan and Sunarti. When the couple goes through a hard time, Irawan moves to Batavia to look for work and leaves his wife and daughter behind. But when he succeeds in the city, he gets carried away though it is his father-law, Sunarno, who employs him. After she grows up, Irawani becomes a singer and dancer, and Irawan is crazy about her. Knowing this, his new wife expels him from the house. So once again, Irawan becomes a beggar, just like the first time when he arrived in Jakarta.
Rohaya (Roekiah) must separate from her lover, Kasim (Rd Mochtar), so that she can marry her father's choice, the disreputable but rich Musa (Eddie T. Effendi). The night before the wedding, Kasim plays the song "Terang Boelan" for Rohaya, and they agree to elope. The following day, Rohaya and Kasim escape from Sawoba Island to Malacca, where Kasim begins work at a drydock and Rohaya keeps busy as a housewife. They discover that Kasim's old friend, Dullah (Kartolo), has lived in Malacca for some time.
