The films story takes place over the course of one day. Bapak senses that he does not have much time left and so he invites his offspring to have dinner with him the next evening. He want to discuss some family matters concerning their inheritance, a large part of which is his home, a large sprawling house set in an acre of prime real estate located in the centre of Kuala Lumpur. An unexpected visit by two strangers leads Bapak to change his plans and bring the dinner forward to that evening instead.

His medical condition doesn't stop a 12-year-old village boy from working hard with a school gardener to form a ragtag team of soccer players, in order to compete in the JG Davidson Cup tournament. They will have to go up against the reigning champion, St. James, a highly privileged British school.

She must figure out how to save this relationship or deal with this long distance relationship , and cope with being alone. Exploring the subject matter of how most Malaysians tend to head overseas to further studies, facing the conflict of leaving behind the things they love and are familiar with, and eventually missing home.
