O Apartamento 1303 está disponível para locação...novamente. Um belo imóvel, com uma enorme varanda, com vista para o mar e localizado no invejável bairo de Shonan, em Tóquio. Mas algumas coisas são boas demais para ser verdade. O suicídio da irmã mais nova de Mariko, a nova moradora, é o último de uma sequência de mortes da varanda deste apartamento. Mariko não aceita a versão oficial dos fatos, e não acredita que todas as mortes sejam coincidência. Disposta a descobrir a verdade, ele encontrará uma história de violência, abuso e desespero em torno do amor e ódio entre mãe e filha, que nem mesmo a morte trouxe um fim.

For their second album, The Black Mages performed two promotional concerts. They performed all the songs from their second album, along with "The Decisive Battle", "Those Who Fight Further" and "Clash on the Big Bridge" from their first album. This DVD contains the recording of the first concert in the tour.
