When a giant monster attacks Japan, the country's only hope is a research assistant who's become monstrously big himself. But there might be a price.

Yapool has returned after being injured in Ultraman Ginga S. He masterminds several attacks on Shou's homeworld, the Victorian kingdom in an attempt to get to the Victorium Core. Ultraman Hikari appears and grants Shou the ability to transform into Knight Mode with the Knight Timbre. Now free from their Spark Doll forms, some of the Showa Ultras join Victory in his fight.

The story is set in a world where a tokusatsu hero TV series "Outer Man" has gained national popularity for 50 years (just like the Ultraman series). One day, a giant alien looking exactly like Outer Man appears in Japan. The truth is soon revealed that, unlike the story in the TV series, Outer Man is an evil alien who has been trying to brainwash Japanese people to invade the earth. The actors who played the hero in the TV series decide to fight against the real Outer Man by transforming into the villain alien in the series, Sylvie Seijin.

Passaram-se quinze anos após o final de Ultraman Dyna, onde somos apresentados ao novo membro da Super GUTS, Nozomu Taiga. Durante uma perseguição, Taiga é salvo por Zero e ambos entram em simbiose, porém podem se comunicar entre si, sem deixar o hospedeiro adormecido (como na outra vez). Taiga é tele transportado por uma Granspheres e vai para um outro universo onde Alien Bat domina e cria o monstro Hyper Zetton.

Zero finds himself trapped within a universal gap and faced against an impostor Ace. Following the battle, Darklops Zero was restrained once more by Herodia, remembering a figure named "Kaiser Belial" before deactivating. Rei was restrained after his failed attempt to intrude the alien base but was rescued by none other than his alternate self. Unlike the prime Rei, alternate Reimon was never able to control his powers, forced into the state of Reionic Burst until the original Rei punched Reimon, thus deactivating its Reionic Burst mode. Rei revealed that he lost his Rayblood instinct after Hyuga threw Seven's Eye Slugger, creating a scar on his chest which symbolizes the former's friendship with ZAP SPACY members. While searching for Rei, Hyuga instead finds his Neo Battle Nizer and an entrance to the alien base made by Litra. Although the fake Ace was destroyed, Zero try to find an escaped but was halted by Seven and Ultraman impostors.

O Capitão Hyuga da Zap Spacy e Rei aterrizam em um planeta onde lutarão contra um falso Ultraman e Ultra Seven. Quando Ultraman Zero chega para resgatá-los, enfrenta um gigante negro, mas este será o menor de seus problemas.
