Juan Campos (Arath de la Torre) dedicou sua vida a seduzir as mulheres mais bonitas com seu amigo e cúmplice Luis Pani. Quando se preparam para sua viagem à República Dominicana, Luis fica doente e Juan é obrigado a levar seu sobrinho Mau (Jesus Zavala), um menino de 20 anos que está passando pela depressão de perder seu primeiro amor. Neighborhoods are Quadrants that closely monitored by the supervisors of the Projects and these are led by a man named BLAS. Productivity at all costs is at the core of the new society. Against this backdrop, ROSA Santos, a university student, falls in love with DANIEL, another student from a lesser Quadrant, much to the dismay of her mother. Rosa's mother will stop at nothing to better hers and her daughter's life including forcing her to marry an influential member of the Supervisors, Stefano GRAVELLI, a move that unleashes a series of events that will drag Rosa and Daniel into a conflict of political intrigue and danger.

Rhimes enjoys life, hanging out at the park and getting stoned. Until one day when his world begins to crumble, he finally takes action. Ralph Rhimes was not meant to take action and he loses even more in doing so.

Bill is immediately thrust into a compromising position of finding a dollar at his feet.
