Partners Ringo and Buck, known as The Duo, get a job offer to steal an item from a rich private religious leaders house, before the robbery morals come in questions between The Duo, and once the disastrous robbery occurs Ringo questions whether the pair deserve to live or not taking their lives into his own hands.

The film follows two student cinematographers who, as the war approaches Moscow, refuse to be evacuated and instead volunteer to be front-line cameramen capturing the horrors of war and heroism of the soviet soldiers. At the same time, we witness another storyline taking place in the US. After the premiere screening of the already completed documentary “Moscow Strikes Back”, one of the members of the Academy Awards selection committee is trying to persuade his fellow colleagues to establish a new category of Best Documentary in the upcoming Oscars event.

Nina is totally heartbroken at the death of her boyfriend Jamie, but is even more unprepared for his return as a ghost. At first it's almost as good as it used to be - hey, even the rats that infested her house have disappeared. But Jamie starts bringing ghostly friends home and behaving more and more oddly.

Jay's longing for a better life is haunting him when his long-time “partner” and criminal father, Willis Todd (Eddie Vincent), pulls up with a mysterious stolen car. Jason reluctantly tags along on another shady job as his world begins to fall apart. A character study of a broken, but good-hearted, young man whose cruel, suffocating home seems never-ending in its apathy.
