Takayo Ikami (伊神 貴世, Ikami Takayo) is a Japanese novelist, detective fiction writer and screenwriter born in Tokyo in 1975. She graduated from the Faculty of Letters at Waseda University.

Keijyu Tabuki and Yuri Tokikago attempt to get back their precious person of fate. All seek the PENGUINDRUM for their own sake and that of someone dear to them. Ten years later... Kamba and Syoma, who rode the train to change fate, momentarily come back from the place their fate took them…

13 anos atrás, de repente, uma parte de Tóquio quebrou e começou a flutuar no céu. Tóquio foi separada em "Old Tokyo" como a parte que estava flutuando no ar e "New Tokyo", a parte que permaneceu no solo. A comunicação e a interação entre os dois Tokyos eram impossíveis e os anos se passaram. Um dia, uma jovem percebe que a Velha Tóquio vai cair no chão, e ela inicia o caminho perigoso da Velha Tóquio à Nova Tóquio para salvar os cidadãos da crise iminente.
