A psychopathic serial killer dumps a bottle of the expensive new perfume 'Desire' on each of his female victims. Grace Lantel fears that her new creation might become discredited. She charges her security officer, ex-cop Lauren, to help the police investigating. One of the main suspects is former employee Gordon Lewis, who claims to be the real inventor of the scent. Lauren approaches him undercover... and falls for him, putting herself into deadly danger.

The priest encounters a young lass who has visions of Stroud committing his dastardly deeds, and when the vampire kidnaps her the priest speaks the words, "Open the gates of Hell! For I am the right hand of God!!!," and sets off towards his deadliest encounter yet.

'Hell' é o nome do herói deste filme, ele é um prisioneiro de mulheres que trabalham nos EUA após uma guerra nuclear biológica. Os resultados da guerra são que as mulheres se tornaram mutantes evoluídas, deixando a raça humana sob perigo de extinção, devido à infertilidade. Hell é convocado a tarefa de ajudar um grupo de mulheres férteis do Harém (que se assemelha a uma rã) para salva-las.
