The story revolves around battle between two high school in SWORD area, Oya High School and Senomon Technical High School. The Head of Senomon Technical High School build a "three-school alliance" with two other school, Kamasaka High School and Ebara Commercial High School, and expand it's power to aim the neck of Oya High School. Men of Oya High suddenly caught and attacked. Could Fujio protect them with his own fist? The battle to decide the real Teppen is about to begin.

Oya High was divided into a part-time system and a full-time system. Yoshiki Murayama (Yuki Yamada) has been the leader of Oya High for a while, and he is now bored without challenge inside the ferocious school. In the video, a man covered by a newspaper, warns that a fire will be set at a food processing company. More crime notices are soon found involving violent crimes. Geitsu is the main guy behind the group "Shinbunshi," which has posted the videos. He used to work as a temporary employee at an IT company, but was unfairly dismissed.
