Camera Operator
Mary Daisy Dinkle é uma menina solitária de oito anos, que vive em Melbourne, na Austrália. Max Jerry Horovitz tem 44 anos e vive em Nova York. Obeso e também solitário, possui Síndrome de Asperger. Um certo dia, Mary encontra o endereço de Max em uma lista de endereços do correio de Nova York. Então resolve lhe escrever uma carta contando um pouco da sua vida. A partir daí, desenvolvem uma forte amizade, mesmo com tamanha distância e a diferença de idade existente entre eles, que transcorre de acordo com os altos e baixos da vida. Genevieve Snow is a piano teacher at a school for girls. Genevieve is lonely. Nigel is lonely too - he telephones people he doesn't know. One day, Nigel calls Genevieve. Nigel wants to talk about wolves and Genevieve seems prepared to listen.

A Melbourne family is very happy living near the Melbourne airport. However, they are forced to leave their beloved home (by the Government and airport authorities) to make way for more runways. 'The Castle' is the story of how they fight to remain in their home.

Seymour is a loner. A small, shy, introverted eleven year old whose parents are separated. By chance Seymour meets the beautiful, effervescent but drug-addicted Angie, who is also lonely and trapped in her own unhappy world. The relationship that develops offers strength to them both and through the highs and lows of a long hot summer they gradually learn to face the truth about each other and themselves.

Arf Arf is a sound poetry (voice and gesticulation) group. They describe their first film together as 'songs nailed together in a film'. The film is not given over to simply recording a performance of sound poetry but is worked out as a filmic combination of images and sound, each member of the group having individually previously made experimental films.
