A cabaret owner tries to keep his club from being taken over by the powers that be.

At first sight, 10-year-old Benoît Brisefer, seems like any other little boy his age. However, Benoît is endowed with amazing force. All the bandits who cross his path learn this to their own cost. But, unfortunately, no one is perfect... As soon as he catches a cold, Benoît loses his extraordinary physical abilities. Hence he never takes off the woollen scarf wrapped around his neck. Brave and very determined, he doesn't hesitate a second to take action to defend his friends. So, when Poilonez - a well known crook - and his gang decide to focus on Mr. Dussiflard, his taxi driver friend, Benoît does all that he can to thwart his plans.

An American writer visits the old Portuguese town of Guimarães for a lecture on the work of Edgar Allan Poe. What would seem like a nice little trip goes terrible wrong when his own paranoia takes over the events that follow... or maybe not.

O filme inspira-se em factos verídicos, alguns dos quais foram recentemente descobertos por Frederico Delgado Rosa, biógrafo e neto do General Humberto Delgado, e retirados do seu livro Humberto Delgado, Biografia do General sem Medo. A ação decorre entre Portugal, Espanha, Argélia, Marrocos, França e Itália, no período entre 1964 e 1981, desde a preparação da operação levada a cabo pela PIDE, e que tinha por nome de código: Operação Outono, até ao caso do Tribunal, já depois do 25 de Abril.

Maria (Soraia Chaves), uma «call girl» de luxo, é contratada por Mouros (Joaquim de Almeida) para seduzir Meireles (Nicolau Breyner), presidente da Câmara Municipal de Vilanova, na tentativa que este autorize uma multinacional a construir um empreendimento turístico de alta qualidade. Entretanto, Madeira (Ivo Canelas) e Neves (José Raposo), policiais da PJ, descobrem os indícios de corrupção e começam a investigar Meireles. Tudo fica ainda mais complicado quando Madeira descobre que Maria, a paixão da sua vida, é a isca que obrigará o político a ceder.

Shot with a digital camera and edited on a home computer these films were shown on this website as they were being made, as a work in progress. The project came to it's conclusion on December 2005 with screenings in New York City and Lisbon.
