Vlada trabalha como caminhoneiro durante o bombardeio da OTAN na Sérvia em 1999. Encarregado de transportar uma carga misteriosa de Kosovo até Belgrado, ele dirige por território desconhecido, tentando entrar em um país marcado pela guerra.
