Baku, I Love You
The film anthology includes 10 short films: "Asia", "Meeting", "Artist", "Yard", "Bahram Gur", "Lottery ticket", "Caspian Atlantis", "About love", "Aysel" and "Coincidence". Each screenplay in the project reflects different moments in the life of Baku. Short films bring to life relationships between people, their love and longing, happy and sad moments. The main hero uniting these people, relations and different moments of life is the city of Baku.

In capital city Baku, eminent editor Yusef Abranov (Mustafayev regular Avtandil Makharadze) and director Mehmet (Yashar Nuri) are determined to get their latest movie made by any means necessary, after being shut down by the bankrupt national studio. Following various schemes, the only way left to raise the cash is to marry off Yusef’s son to the daughter of the rich guy who’s bought Yusef’s bizarre, mirror-filled house.

A young man tells the dream he had about running away with the daughter of chief of police to his grandma. People spread and exaggerate rumors as if it was a real story until it reaches to the chief himself.
All For The Best
The events occur during the Nagorno-Karabakh War. Because of a corpse in a zinc coffin with an arguable address, two families get excited. Having cut the lid off the coffin to identify the soldier, they find out that he is, in fact, Armenian - former citizen of Baku.
