Depois de anos, um policial de Los Angeles captura um serial killer que tinha uma aparência dócil, mas recentemente assassinara uma bela mulher com quem se envolvera. Na véspera de Natal, ele e outro criminoso são colocados em um avião para serem levados até Nova York. Gentil e insinuante, ele tenta seduzir uma comissária de bordo. Enquanto isto o outro criminoso se liberta, mas ele o mata como também faz com algumas das pouca pessoas que estão neste vôo e, na sua loucura, mata também os dois pilotos.
