Valero (Valero Escolar), o chefe, é um preconceituoso que não consegue admitir a eficiência do rapaz, sendo rude em todas as situações e partindo na defensiva para dizer que “preconceituoso são os outros, não eu” ou “os clientes não gostam dos estrangeiros”, tentando argumentar que a contratação foi um equívoco.
