Vasilis Karatzoglou is a successful singer who lives with his mother and sister having lost his father in the destruction of Smyrni. From an old man learns that his father did not die but was arrested by the Turks. He decides to follow the scientific mission of Professor John Anderson in Turkey, to find traces of his father.

A pretty and chubby woman, Eva, Fontas ex- wife, is now married to the neighborhood’s tavern owner, Menelaos, who gives her a hard time being unbelievably jealous. His jealousy is sparked off by the large number of admirers his wife has, as well as the malicious Fontas.

By closing his pharmacy, Panagiotis Panagiotidis falls on a provocative stranger, Lulu, who leads him to a beach for swimming and then drives him home. There, he learns that he is called Jordan Steka, that Lulu is his wife and that he suffers from a personality split. He asks for police assistance, but the policeman is convinced that he is crazy and he asks for a psychiatrist to prove him suffering from a personality split.

A simple typewriter is familiar with a garage-facing young man, who is recommended to be a big business man. The same is done by her, presenting the daughter of his boss industrialist. In the end, however, all is corrected, misunderstandings are overlooked and the poor typist marries the poor garage.

Although he behaves like a father to her, he is tempted and jealous and flirts with her in front of a charming classmate of her, who is also interested in the girl.
