Hamdan is a former Palestinian leader who spent 15 years locked up in the old Israeli prisons. In 1973, while living in Syria, he was given a mission to smuggle explosives across the border and train a person he trusted. The chosen one was Omar, a neighbor of his town. After two months, Omar went ahead without respecting the original objective of the mission and detonated a bomb in a bus. The investigation reached Hamdan who was imprisoned. Through his memories, the film reconstructs the preparations for the mission and the years in prison.
