No início dos anos 1990, em Zaragoza, na Espanha, Celia é uma menina de 11 anos que vive com sua mãe viúva e estuda em uma escola religiosa. Até que Brisa, uma menina vinda de Barcelona, chega à escola e abre as portas da adolescência para Celia.
