Eddie e Manecas são dois grandes amigos dotados de uma estupidez "galáctica". E juntos revelam-se um verdadeiro desastre. Ao receberem uma mensagem em código, arriscam-se numa missão secreta e viajam até Viana do Castelo onde, depois de instalados num estranho hotel, recebem a visita de uma mulher misteriosa, que os informa sobre a missão que a cumprir: "eliminar dois alvos". Para este trabalho clandestino, devem dirigir-se ao Navio Gil Eanes e contornar as medidas de segurança. As mulheres acabam por lhes seguir o rasto e Eddie e Manecas terão de enfrentar uma situação embaraçosa. Serão eles verdadeiros atiradores profissionais?

Mota says he has been touched by god and is going to write a book about everything. In the limbo between the real world and Mota’s conscience the journey begins. The narrative oscillates between action and inertia, writing and procrastinating. The book of everything assumes an identity crisis. Mota, as other of his age, is subject to social pressure of making it big. He becomes so desperate at the reality of his life that builds a parallel one. It’s a movie about the unachievable realization of the individual.
